All auctions on Kollect are fully transparent and carefully managed to ensure a fair and secure experience for both buyers and sellers. Users provide the details of items they wish to sell, but only the admin uploads and manages the live auction. This means users cannot cheat by uploading fake items or manipulating bids, and admin oversight ensures auctions run smoothly while preventing disputes over bidding errors or misrepresentation. During the auction, everyone sees the same information live — sellers can confirm their items are being auctioned correctly. Buyers can trust the system because all bids, prices, and item details are visible and verifiable. Once an auction ends, winners are contacted directly to arrange payment.
